Web Development Product Manager

Action Auto Utah is a fast-growing automotive company focused on building efficient, scalable digital tools to support our operations. We’re expanding our in-house development capabilities and are looking for a Web Development Product Manager to help lead projects from planning to execution.

Role Overview:

The Web Development Product Manager will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and the web development team. This role is responsible for organizing requirements, managing timelines, gathering feedback, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to standard.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage and coordinate daily activities of the web development team
-Gather requirements, feedback, and priorities from leadership and stakeholders
-Translate business needs into clear tasks, user stories, and project plans
-Track progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule
-Conduct regular check-ins with developers and provide status updates to management
-Review completed work and ensure it aligns with requirements before release
-Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and proactively address them
-Ensure clear documentation and communication across teams

Qualifications:

-Experience working with web development teams (frontend, backend, or full stack)
-Strong organizational and project management skills
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a remote environment
