JOB OVERVIEW

ilookproperty is continuing to grow across the Gladstone, Tannum Sands, and Boyne Island region, and we are seeking a dedicated, experienced Property Manager to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys property management, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a supportive, professional agency that values quality over chaos.

About the Role
• Initially part-time, with hours aligned to business needs
• Responsible for maintaining and nurturing an established and growing management portfolio
• Day-to-day support from our Senior Property Manager, as well as access to the Agency Principal when required
• Opportunity to assist our sales consultant with various tasks if desired
• Strong potential for career progression for the right person
This role is for someone who wants ownership, responsibility, and the opportunity and the chance to make a positive impact in property management.

What We’re Looking For
To be considered, you will ideally have:
• Minimum 12 months’ Property Management experience
• Excellent working knowledge of PropertyMe and Real Inspect (highly regarded)
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation
• High level of professionalism, maturity, and accountability
• Outstanding time management and prioritisation skills
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to lead by example
• Current Real Estate Registration and a clean driver’s licence

Key Responsibilities
• Managing properties for rent
• Completing thorough entry, exit, and routine inspections
• Regular communication with landlords and tenants
• Ensuring properties are promptly and professionally listed for rent
• Delivering consistently high customer service to clients, tenants, and colleagues
• Confidently managing mail, monitoring correspondence, and responding appropriately

Additional Requirements
• Strong initiative, willingness to learn, and a genuine “can-do” attitude
• Own equipment required (reliable computer/laptop and stable internet connection)
• Training & Remuneration
• Training period of up to three months, subject to performance
• Starting salary applies during training
• Remuneration reviewed and adjusted upon successful completion

Salary package is commensurate with performance, including superannuation. We are open to part-time arrangements, so please let us know your availability and requirements. Working from home offers flexibility and a healthier work-life balance.
