About Us:
We’re a fast-growing ecommerce business that is in the AI & Tech niche. As our business scales, we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. Your main role will be supporting our customer service efforts, handling chargebacks, and assisting with light admin and content management tasks.
What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer
- Help resolve issues related to orders, shipping, refunds, or product questions
- Manage and dispute chargebacks through our payment processors
- Maintain records of customer interactions and order issues
- Perform basic data entry and help organize our content and creator tracker
- Assist with backend admin tasks as assigned (e.g., updating order statuses, checking shipment tracking)
- Work closely with our team to improve customer experience and internal systems
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong English communication skills (written is key)
- Customer service experience (ecommerce or similar is a plus)
- High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms (Shopify, Gmail, Insense, Google sheets, etc.)
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work during [insert time zone, e.g., 9 AM – 5 PM EST or PH time overlap]
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience handling chargebacks or payment platforms like Stripe/Shopify
- Background in working with ecommerce brands or remote teams
