Video Editor

I am looking for a part-time video editor that will be available anytime if needed. Must be well-experienced in video editing. Proficient in video transitions and expert in adding sound effects. Any video editing tools will do as long as it meets the video description. The Salary is per approved project, not per hour or per week because its a part-time job only.
