I am seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage and execute my job search process. The primary goal of this role is to identify relevant job opportunities, tailor application materials, and submit high-quality applications on my behalf. You will be responsible for ensuring my professional brand is accurately represented and that all deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
Job Sourcing: Search for roles on LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry-specific boards based on my provided criteria (titles, salary, location, etc.).

Application Management: Track all applications in a centralized spreadsheet or project tool (e.g., Trello or Notion).

Tailoring Materials: Minor editing of cover letters and resumes to match specific job descriptions using my existing templates.

Profile Optimization: Ensure my LinkedIn and job board profiles are updated and consistent.


Email
Management: Monitor a dedicated job-search email account and flag interview requests for my immediate attention.

Submission: Complete online application forms accurately, ensuring no typos or formatting errors.
