JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled E-commerce Growth VA to help scale our woo-commerce brand. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns and analyzing data to drive revenue growth. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing strategies that increase sales and improve ROI.

Responsibilities:

Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and other platforms.

Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR), and provide actionable insights.

Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and campaigns to optimize conversions.

Collaborate on overall e-commerce growth strategies, including traffic generation, retargeting, and scaling campaigns profitably.

Provide weekly performance reports and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing paid ads for e-commerce brands with measurable results.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

Experience with woo-commerce (or other e-commerce platforms) and ad management tools.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Strong communication skills and ability to clearly explain insights and recommendations.

Bonus Skills:

If you have worked with other CBD brands before.

Experience with email/SMS marketing and integrating ads with customer funnels.

Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and e-commerce best practices.
