Social Media Operations Manager (Short-Form Video)

Role Description

We’re building Fokus AI, a clarity-focused AI product for busy and overthinking minds. This role is execution-driven, focused on posting, managing, and scaling short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

This is not a strategy or branding role. Content and direction are provided. Your job is to ensure consistent daily output, basic engagement handling, and simple performance tracking.

Responsibilities
• Post short-form videos daily across multiple social accounts
• Schedule and rotate content (same video, different hooks/captions)
• Manage multiple TikTok / Instagram / Shorts accounts
• Pin key videos and keep profiles updated
• Reply to comments using pre-written templates
• Flag high-performing videos and hooks
• Maintain posting consistency without supervision
• Provide a simple weekly performance summary

Required Skills (Top 3)
1. Short-Form Platform Experience
Hands-on experience posting to TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
2. High-Volume Execution
Comfortable posting multiple videos per day across several accounts without mistakes or delays.
3. Basic Analytics Awareness
Understand views, engagement, saves, and how to spot what content is working.
