Virtual Assistant – Website, Systems & Content Implementation

Hi, I’m Hanna — a small business owner building a mission-driven online education and community platform.

I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who enjoys implementing systems, following clear instructions, and bringing structure to creative visions.

My work focuses on personal growth, embodiment, feminine leadership and community building.
It blends education, reflection, and seasonal gatherings in a grounded, calm, and thoughtful way.

Main Responsibilities
• Updating and finishing my Wix website
• Implementing an online quiz (instructions provided)
• Setting up email sequences in Flodesk
• Scheduling Instagram posts (captions provided)
• Creating simple, on-brand carousel graphics in Canva
• Light video assembly using provided footage (Reels/shorts)
• General tech/admin support as needed
