Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO (Remote – Latin America)
About the Role: We are hiring a high-level Executive Assistant to support the CEO of multiple operating companies across real estate, mortgage lending, and creative services. This is not an administrative assistant role. This is a high-trust, high-ownership operations role. You will run the CEO’s calendar, inbox, follow-ups, leasing workflows, and CRM across four companies, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar (schedule, move, cancel, protect time)
Manage one or more inboxes (triage, follow up, draft replies)
Follow up with Vendors, Tenants, Staff, Loan partners, Manage real estate leasing coordination in AppFolio
Maintain CRM hygiene for the mortgage business
Project Management (manage the project managers)
Track tasks, deadlines, and commitments
Escalate issues when timelines slip
Support personal and business logistics
Who You Are:
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
3+ years supporting founders, executives, or operations teams
Comfortable chasing people and pushing for results
Organized, calm, and detail-oriented
Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Slack, CRM, property management tools)
Work Schedule:
40 hours per week
7:00am – 4:00pm Pacific Time
