JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Virtual Assistant who is confident in cold calling, appointment setting, sales, and managing GoHighLevel (GHL). This role is a mix of sales support and daily virtual assistance tasks. You will be speaking with cold & warm leads daily, booking appointments, and helping manage our CRM and workflows. This is a long-term position for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating in clear English.

Responsibilities:
* Make daily cold calls to leads
* Follow up with prospects and book qualified appointments
* Manage and update GoHighLevel (pipelines, contacts, workflows, notes, tags, etc.)
* Send follow-up messages via SMS, email, and calls using GHL
* Schedule and manage appointments
* Assist with social media scheduling (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
* Support internal sales calls and meetings via *Google Meetings* or *Zoom*
* Complete other daily tasks as assigned (follow-ups, CRM cleanup, admin tasks, etc.)

Requirements:
* Must speak clear and fluent English
* Proven experience in:
* Cold calling
* Appointment setting
* GoHighLevel (REQUIRED – please do not apply without this)
* Confident on the phone and comfortable handling objections
* Organized and able to follow systems and instructions
* Comfortable showing face during Google Meetings
* Reliable internet connection and headset
* Available to work consistently and handle daily calling tasks

Nice to Have:
* Experience in sales, real estate, construction, or service-based businesses
* Experience with social media scheduling tools
* CRM and automation experience beyond GHL

Work Expectations:
* Cold calling will be a daily task
* You will be responsible for booking appointments regularly
* Must be comfortable with performance-based responsibilities
* Must be responsive and communicate professionally
