Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator
Remote | Philippines | Full-Time
Job Overview
ROAM Adventure Co. is looking for a detail-driven, spreadsheet-savvy Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to help keep products moving smoothly through our supply chain.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to manage purchasing, monitor inventory, and ensure vendors deliver on time. This is a remote position based in the Philippines, working closely with our Operations Manager in the U.S.
This is an individual contributor role to start, with a clear path to grow into a Purchasing & Inventory Manager position as our operations expand.
What You’ll Do
• Create and manage purchase orders for finished goods, prototypes, and samples
• Monitor inventory levels, inbound shipments, and forecast future needs using historical sales data and seasonal trends
• Track deliveries and identify issues (shortages, delays, overstock) before they become problems
• Maintain accurate, reliable inventory reporting in Google Sheets (complex formulas—not just copy/paste)
• Communicate clearly and consistently with vendors and internal teams to keep everyone aligned
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align purchasing decisions with forecasts and cash flow
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, including negotiating pricing, terms, and lead times
• Support international purchasing and logistics, including flexible hours for vendor communication when needed
What We’re Looking For
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (comfortable using complex formulas)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
• Clear, professional communicator with teammates and vendors
• Self-starter who can take direction and execute independently
• Experience in purchasing, inventory management, retail, or supply chain (degree not required)
• Good to have: experience with international logistics, ERP systems, or purchasing platforms
