Growth / Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator

We are seeking a Growth, Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator to drive new patient acquisition for our insurance-based telemedicine clinic. You will build and manage referral and community partnerships, develop outreach campaigns, and own the lead-to-appointment pipeline. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging referring providers and local partners, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining a partnership tracker, and following up with leads via phone, text, email, etc.

You will collaborate with clinic leadership to align messaging with our services and payer network, and work closely with intake to ensure smooth scheduling and insurance-friendly communication. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable with relationship-based sales. Experience in healthcare marketing, referrals, provider outreach, or medical practice growth is strongly preferred. Familiarity with insurance terminology, HIPAA-sensitive communication, and basic digital marketing (Google Business Profile, email campaigns, and social content) is a plus.
