Remote Dialer / Lead Follow-Up Specialist

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based financial services organization looking for a Remote Dialer / Lead Follow-Up Specialist to contact individuals who have already applied online for information about a business opportunity.

This is NOT cold calling and NOT sales.

Your role is to:

Call applicants who already expressed interest

Introduce yourself professionally

Rebuild trust and clarity

Re-engage them and direct interested candidates to the next step

You will follow clear scripts and workflows.
Your job is to sound human, calm, and professional, not pushy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Call warm leads (people who applied online)

Use approved call scripts (provided)

Leave voicemails when needed

Send follow-up SMS messages after calls

Log call outcomes accurately

Identify high-quality, serious candidates

Follow clear qualification rules (no pressure selling)
