Responsibilities
• Edit cinematic wedding films that tell a cohesive and emotional story
• Craft highlight films and trailers using intentional pacing and music selection
• Utilize sound design to enhance emotion (ambient audio, vows, speeches, natural sound)
• Properly work with LOG footage and perform clean, professional color correction and color grading
• Sync audio, organize timelines, and maintain consistency across projects
• Match our editing style and brand identity (reference edits and guidance provided)
• Deliver projects on time with consistent quality
• Communicate clearly and professionally with our team

Requirements
• Strong portfolio of wedding films or cinematic event videos (links required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and emotional flow
• Experience with LOG footage workflows and color grading
• High attention to detail and ability to follow direction
• Reliable internet connection and fast turnaround times
• Ability to accept feedback and make revisions when needed

Turnaround Expectations
• Highlight Films (3–7 minutes):
Initial draft due within 5–7 business days after footage is delivered.

• Full-Length Films (20–30 minutes):
Initial draft due within 7–10 business days after footage is delivered.

• Editors must communicate in advance if delays are expected.

• Consistent on-time delivery is required for long-term collaboration.
