Real Estate Media Assistant

Job Title: Real Estate Media Assistant (Entry-Level)
Company: Aerial Shots Media (US-based)
Pay: $2–$5 USD/hour
Raise: $1/hour increase after successful 3-month probation
Hours: Part-time (20 hrs/week) with opportunity to grow full-time
US Time: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST
    •    Philippines Time: Tuesday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM PHT

About the Role
• Entry-level, fully trainable role
• Assist with preparing and delivering real estate photo & video content
• Great fit for someone eager to learn, improve skills, and grow long-term with a team

Responsibilities
• Download completed photo and video files
• Quality check media using a simple checklist
• Make small photo cleanups in Photoshop (cords, clutter, reflections, minor distractions)
• Create basic lot lines, virtual twilight images, and virtual staging (training provided)
• Upload and organize files in Aryeo
• Attach floor plans, Zillow 3D links, and video links
• Send client deliveries using prepared templates
• Submit re-edit requests with clear notes when needed

Requirements
• Comfortable reading and writing in English
• Stable internet and a computer that can run Photoshop smoothly
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and deadline-oriented

Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Basic Photoshop/lightroom experience
• Experience with Aryeo is a plus
• Familiarity with Google Drive or file organization
