We are hiring 2 specialists/experts for a one-time project requiring deep, complex, and detailed research to help a local Autobody & Paint business improve its services and competitive positioning.

Project Overview:
* Conduct in-depth research on the business and at least 10 local competitors
* Analyze what top competitors do best and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement
* Provide actionable insights to help the business stand out and offer all essential services

Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Experience as a research specialist, market analyst, or competitor analysis expert is highly preferred
* Must deliver organized results, preferably in Google Sheets
* Comfortable conducting research primarily on a mobile device
* Honest and transparent reporting: do not fabricate data; if info is unavailable, note as “Not found / not available.”

Deliverables:
* Research and document the business and at least 10 competitors
* Include details: name, location, contact info, services, approximate pricing, strengths, weaknesses, customer feedback, and unique selling points
* Categorize services (paint, repair, detailing, parts replacement, etc.)
* Provide a gap & opportunity analysis for our business
* Include actionable recommendations to improve services and stand out in the market
* Organize all data clearly in Google Sheets, one sheet per competitor plus a summary sheet

Compensation:
* $100 for the complete project
