Role Overview
The Content Creator Partnerships Manager is responsible for sourcing, managing, and delivering high-quality creator-led content for NeoPro Cycling. This role owns the end-to-end process of creator outreach, gifting, tracking, and content delivery, ensuring content is produced on time, meets brand standards, and supports broader marketing objectives.
This is a highly execution-focused role that sits between marketing, creators, and production, with a strong emphasis on organisation, follow-through, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Outreach & Partnerships
Identify, research, and outreach to cyclists and content creators aligned with the NeoPro brand
Secure content partnerships using gifting-based strategies and clear deliverables
Maintain professional, timely communication with creators throughout the partnership lifecycle
Creator Management & Tracking
Maintain accurate tracking of all creators contacted, agreements made, products sent, and content delivered
Ensure creators receive agreed kits and understand content expectations and timelines
Follow up proactively to ensure content is delivered as agreed
Order & Fulfilment Management
Create and manage Shopify orders for content creators
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure correct products, sizing, and shipping details
Content Quality & Performance
Monitor the quality, relevance, and brand alignment of content received
Ensure content is delivered within agreed timelines and that creators are responsive and professional
Escalate or resolve delays, quality issues, or communication breakdowns
Internal Liaison & Coordination
Liaise with internal managers, marketing tea
Ensure delivered content is organised, accessible, and ready for use across paid and organic channels
Success Metrics
Consistent delivery of high-quality creator content
On-time content delivery with minimal follow-ups required
Clear, accurate creator tracking and documentation
Strong creator relationships that can be leveraged long-term
Skills & Experience
Experience managing influencers, creators, or partnerships (DTC, ecommerce, or sports preferred)
Strong organisational and tracking skills (spreadsheets, systems, or CRMs)
High attention to detail and follow-through
Confident written communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with Shopify order creation and fulfilment workflows
Strong understanding of social content standards (Instagram, TikTok, UGC)
