JOB OVERVIEW

We are an Australian-based business looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to manage and optimise advertising campaigns for our clients.

This is a long-term, stable role for someone who is confident managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads accounts, understands performance metrics, and can work independently with clear direction.

You will be responsible for planning, launching, optimising, and reporting on paid media campaigns with a focus on ROI, CPA, and ROAS.

What you’ll be doing:

- Manage and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads
- Launch and test new campaigns, audiences, and creatives
- Monitor performance daily and make data-driven optimisations
- Analyse results and provide clear weekly performance updates
- Work closely with our team to improve lead quality and conversions
- Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns and cut underperformers

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience managing paid ads with real budgets

- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and accounts
- Understands key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rates)
- Can explain results clearly (not just screenshots)
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Excellent written English

Nice to have (not required):

- Experience with e-commerce or lead generation
- Experience working with Australian or US clients
- Basic understanding of landing pages and conversion tracking
