Data Entry Specialist

We are growing and looking for a detail oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our Solarflexion team. Solarflexion, based in Murrieta, California, has been proudly serving the solar industry since 2014. While we operate with the efficiency of a small team, our reach is global, providing tailored solar solutions to clients across a wide range of markets and regions.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining a variety of data within our systems and databases. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, efficient, and comfortable working with repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and speed. Since data changes frequently, the ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting business needs is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar applications is required to succeed in this position. This position requires a 6-hour workday aligned with U.S. business days. The regular work schedule is from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine Time (equivalent to 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time).

Key Responsibilities -
- Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems with a high level of accuracy
- Verify and correct data as needed to ensure integrity and consistency
- Perform regular audits and data quality checks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Organize and store completed documents and records
- Respond to data requests and provide support to other departments as needed
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality standards

Qualifications -
- Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) or similar applications
- Strong typing skills (speed and accuracy)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication skills and a team oriented mindset
- Must be open to working from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine Time (8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time)
