Copywriter & Email Marketer (Full-Time, Remote)

About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Copywriter & Email Marketer who can write persuasive, conversion-focused copy and manage email campaigns end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone who understands how words drive action—from subject lines to CTAs.

You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality copy that engages audiences, builds trust, and drives results.

Responsibilities:
Write compelling marketing copy for emails, landing pages, and campaigns
Create and optimize email sequences (newsletters, promotions, nurture flows)
Write high-converting subject lines, preview text, and CTAs
Edit and proofread copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency
Collaborate directly with the CEO and team to align messaging with campaign goals
Track email performance and suggest improvements based on results

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Copywriter, Email Marketer, or similar role
Strong command of written English (grammar, tone, clarity)
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, especially Klaviyo
Experience with A/B testing email copy
Understanding of basic marketing principles (funnels, conversions, audience targeting)
Ability to write both creative and persuasive copy
Knowledge of SEO or direct-response copywriting
Background in eCommerce, SaaS, or service-based businesses
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines consistently
Must be available to work 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEDT
