Senior Motion Graphics Artist (High-Retention YouTube Intros)

The Mission: We are Wolfgang Poker (Millions of subscribers, high-stakes poker action). We are looking for a Motion Design Specialist to own the most critical part of our videos: The First 60 Seconds.

We do not need a "video editor." We need a Visual Architect. You will build high-energy, kinetic intros that grab the viewer by the throat and refuse to let go.

The Role:

Create "The Hook": You will receive a voiceover and a concept. You will return a 30-60 second masterpiece of kinetic typography, 3D compositing, and sound design.

Poker Knowledge: A base understanding of poker rules is important for this job. If your motion graphics and retention skills are great enough but you don't have an understanding of poker, we are willing to give you a try as long as you are committed to learning.

The Stack (Must Haves):

Adobe After Effects (Expert): You dream in keyframes. You know the graph editor better than your own family.

Sound Design: You don't just animate; you layer SFX (whooshes, risers, hits) to match every movement.

Blender/Cinema 4D (Bonus): If you can do 3D chips/cards, mention this.

Who You Are:

You understand YouTube Retention. You know that if the screen is static for 2 seconds, the viewer leaves.

You are Fast. You can turn around a high-quality 45-second intro in 24-48 hours.

You have Good Internet. We use massive 4K files. You need 50mbps+ download.
