Podcast Editor (Longform + Clips)

We’re hiring an expert-level podcast editor to join our production team.

This is not a junior role. We are looking for someone who already operates at a high level, works independently, and delivers polished edits without hand-holding.

If you instinctively find viral ---------- nts, catch micro-mistakes, and take pride in clean, finished work, keep reading.

What You’ll Do
- Edit long-form podcast episodes with strong pacing and clarity
- Create high-performing short-form podcast clips (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Identify hooks, soundbites, and viral ---------- nts without direction
- Deliver edits that require little to no revisions
- Maintain extremely high standards for audio, visuals, captions, and timing
- NO SPELLING MISTAKES
- I want to give very limited notes
- MUST BE A SELF STARTER
- Use AI tools to speed up clip discovery and workflows
- Communicate clearly and hit deadlines consistently

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven experience editing podcasts (longform + clips)
- Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus)
- Strong understanding of short-form trends and viral mechanics
- Fluent English with a great ear for conversation flow
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Self-starter who takes full ownership of projects
- Must be able to work overnight PST hours consistently
