About the Role:
We are looking to hire a detail-oriented Data Research & Outreach Specialist to support our business development efforts. This role focuses on researching companies, identifying accurate contact information, maintaining CRM data, and eventually assisting with outbound email campaigns.

Responsibilities:
Research and identify target companies based on defined criteria
Find and verify key decision-maker contact information
Accurately enter and maintain data in HubSpot
Ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness
Support the setup and execution of email outreach campaigns (ie Instantly)
Follow data compliance and best practices

Work Hours: 40 hours/week
Training: 2-week onboarding (products, & sales process) + quarterly coaching & skills certifications

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in lead research, prospecting, or data sourcing (U.S. market preferred)
Demonstrated ability to source and verify accurate emails, phone numbers, and company information is a must
Strong research and data-gathering skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
Familiarity with email outreach or lead generation is a plus
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
High attention to detail and ability to maintain 95%+ data accuracy
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment

Wired/Fiber internet connection at least 50Mbps
Quiet and dedicated workstation
Backup internet in case of outages
