Blue Sky Journeys is a fast-growing, one-person luxury travel agency—and I need a detail-oriented partner to help keep things running smoothly. I’m excellent at designing unforgettable trips and selling high-end cruises… but organization isn’t my strongest skill, and I need someone who genuinely loves making sure the details are handled.
Your mission: make sure nothing for a client ever falls through the cracks—because you caught it, tracked it, and handled it like a pro.
This is for you if you love travel, cruises, organization, and delivering awesome client communication. This position will start part-time and can scale quickly as the business grows. If you’re open to more hours in the future, amazing

• Maintain a simple system to track departure dates, payment deadlines, and time-sensitive booking windows (shore excursions & dining reservations)
• Prepare flight and travel insurance quote requests (you’ll plug in the info I give you, gather numbers, and package them cleanly for client-ready communication)
• Draft polished client
• Create and run pre-trip checklists so every trip detail is handled on time
• Monitor client flights for major disruptions and flag issues quickly
• Assist with research and trip support as needed (ports of call, cruise lines, hotel brands, key logistics)
• Ensure key admin items are complete: client agreements, Trip Suite entries as needed, and clean documentation
• Help create workflows and systems as we scale (you’ll have real input here)
