Social Media Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Social Media Manager with hands-on experience using GoHighLevel. This role is responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and managing social media content while ensuring leads, conversations, and follow-ups are properly tracked inside GoHighLevel. The ideal candidate is organized, execution-focused, and comfortable working with both social media platforms and CRM systems.

This role does not include building landing pages or funnels. Landing page creation is handled separately.

Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and schedule social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
* Maintain a consistent social media posting schedule using content calendars
* Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in alignment with brand voice
* Track leads, conversations, and follow-ups inside GoHighLevel
* Coordinate social media campaigns with existing GoHighLevel funnels, forms, and landing pages
* Monitor basic performance metrics such as engagement and lead activity
* Provide simple performance updates and insights
* Collaborate with other tea ---------- mbers, including the GoHighLevel Landing Page Builder, as needed

Qualifications
* Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business
* Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
* Excellent written communication skills in English
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
* Experience managing social media for service-based businesses
* Familiarity with CRM-based lead tracking
* Basic understanding of marketing funnels (use, not build)
* Experience working remotely

Compensation
Hourly rate starting at $4 USD per hour, with opportunities for growth based on performance and responsibility.
