Email Marketing VA – Flow Setup (Omnisend / Klaviyo)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help set up email marketing flows for e-commerce (mainly dropshipping brands).

This role is not a specialist role.
Most of the work is copy-paste, small edits, and following SOPs.

All flows are pre-built templates with clear instructions.

What You Will Do

Set up email flows using ready-made templates

Copy flows into client accounts and adjust:

Logo

Brand colors (from the client’s website)

Button & page links (Add-to-Cart, collections, etc.)

Hero image edits in Canva

Mostly darkening the image only

Text is edited inside the email platform (Omnisend / Klaviyo)

Translate email texts when needed
(using DeepL or ChatGPT — not Google Translate)

Check triggers & filters based on SOP

Run QA checklist and send test emails

Most headers, footers, and layouts are linked, so changes apply across multiple emails automatically.

Workload & Time Expectation

1 flow setup: ~15 minutes to 1 hour (depends on flow)

Full client setup:

Starter package: ~2 hours

Growth package: ~3–5 hours

Elite package: ~4–7 hours

Everything is documented in SOPs, step by step.

Payment Structure

Training / Onboarding Phase

First 20–30 flow setups

40 PHP per flow

Purpose: learn our SOPs, structure, and quality standards

After Training (Main Rate)

90 PHP per flow setup

Extra Tasks (when applicable)

+70 PHP – DMARC setup & Add-to-Cart fix

+30 PHP – Copying segments or campaign templates

Payment is based on completed and quality-approved work.

Training & Growth

Full SOPs and examples provided

Clear feedback during training phase

Rate increases once quality and speed are proven

Required Skills

Very good attention to detail

Able to follow SOPs exactly

Basic Canva skills (image darkening/editing)

Comfortable with copy-paste work

Able to check links, triggers, and filters

Basic English reading & writing

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience with Omnisend or Klaviyo

E-commerce or dropshipping background

Experience translating content
