Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Client Relations & Collections
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle client relations, collections, and upselling activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work closely with clients to maintain positive relationships while ensuring timely collections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client communications with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform collection activities while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products or services when appropriate.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in customer service and collections preferred.
• Upselling or sales experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Work Environment:
• Will work closely with clients on a regular basis.
• Collaborative and client-focused role
