Meta Ads/Tiktok Ads manager Assistant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented assistant to help set up and manage daily ads inside Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.

All strategy, creatives, copy, and targeting will be provided.
Your job is to follow exact instructions and execute daily ad setups.

This role is process-driven, not creative.

Responsibilities:

Create campaigns, ad sets, and ads inside Meta & TikTok

Copy/paste provided copy, headlines, and URLs

Upload creatives exactly as instructed

Apply budgets, audiences, and settings we provide

Pause, duplicate, or scale ads when instructed

Daily checks for errors, disapprovals, or spending issues

Fill out a simple daily performance tracker

What You Will NOT Do:

No copywriting

No creative decisions

No strategy or testing decisions

No audience research

No ad ideation

Requirements:

Experience with Meta Ads Manager OR TikTok Ads Manager

Extremely detail-oriented

Comfortable following SOPs

Reliable daily availability

Fast execution
