About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator with strong knowledge of drayage operations and port terminals. This role is critical in coordinating container moves, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth terminal operations in a fast-paced logistics environment.

What You’ll Do:
Dispatch and coordinate trucks for import/export drayage
Manage container pickups and deliveries from port terminals
Communicate with drivers, terminals, and internal teams
Track container status (availability, ingate/outgate, returns)
Monitor and help minimize demurrage & detention
Handle gate appointments and terminal requirements
Update dispatch systems, TMS, and spreadsheets accurately
Proactively resolve delays and operational issues


What We’re Looking For:
1+ years experience in dispatch, trucking, or logistics
Solid understanding of drayage and container operations
Familiarity with port terminals and container yards
Knowledge of terminal processes, empty returns, and port flow
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in time-sensitive, high-volume operations
Proficient in Excel, email, and dispatch/TMS tools
Nice to Have
Experience with US or international drayage
Knowledge of major ports or terminals (PH or overseas)
Background in freight forwarding or shipping lines

Pay: $13000-20000 PHP per week depending on experience
