JOB OVERVIEW

We are an established U.S. e-commerce company with multiple Amazon brands. Looking to hire a reliable, detail-oriented Amazon General Virtual Assistant. It is important that the applicants have a proved experience working as an Amazon VA specifically.

This role is not advanced marketing or strategy. It is focused on data entry, administrative support, and daily Amazon Seller Central tasks.

This is a long-term position for the right person.

Primary Responsibilities

• Data entry in Amazon Seller Central
• Create, update, and maintain Amazon product listings
• Upload and edit product information (titles, bullets, descriptions, images)
• Monitor inventory levels and update spreadsheets
• Track orders, returns, and basic sales data
• Respond to basic Anazon cases and compliance requirements
• Maintain organized Google Sheets / Excel files
• Assist with simple PPC data entry or reporting (training provided)
• General Amazon admin tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Amazon VA proved experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written English communication skills
• Comfortable with repetitive data-entry tasks
• Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central
• Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• Ability to follow instructions and SOPs exactly
• Reliable internet connection
• Honest, dependable, and responsive

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Keepa
• Experience working with U.S. e-commerce brands
