Summary
We are looking for someone who has a hunger and drive to identify new influencer and brand opportunities. You will be responsible for sourcing cold leads (both influencers and brands) and taking them all the way through to new partnerships created. A hunger and drive for agency growth and prosperity is key.
You will be responsible for delivering a consistent stream of partnerships between creators and brands. Building relationships with creators and the key decision-makers within the brands will be essential.
Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
• Identifying and developing relevant leads within all relevant business sectors, but with a main focus on gaming, entertainment, technology, SAAS and Fintech, whilst hitting and growing a lead generation target.
• Pitching influencers to brands who are interested buyers within any division of the agency: agency services, exclusive talent, influencer partnerships.
• Setting discovery calls for yourself and partnership managers.
• Booking deals with new influencers that you discover and source for assigned brands within the TLTConnect network, achieving a monthly booking KPI.
• Daily pitching of influencers to existing brands and new brands where they fit and can provide value - communicating via
• Onboarding new influencers into our network and your pitching list.
Requirements
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and the creator economy, preferably within gaming, tech, business and entertainment within the UK and US markets
• Knowledge of how brand partnerships and campaigns work on YouTube, Twitch and Instagram
• 1+ years of experience in a sales/business development role within influencer marketing.
• Strong communication skills, you will be communicating frequently with top creators and brands
• A performance-driven mentality
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets for similar companies.
• A passion for all things creative, social media and digital marketing
• A passion for gaming, tech and entertainment
• A problem-solving attitude, eagerness to learn quickly and overperform
