Senior Accountant

We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to support a fast-scaling business. This role is designed for someone who can step in with confidence, operate independently, and add value quickly without extensive ramp time. You’ll work across accounting, reporting, analytics, and process improvement—owning your lane while contributing to broader financial decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Execute senior-level accounting beyond basic AP/AR or routine GL work
Prepare and review accruals, complex journal entries, and technical treatments
Support revenue recognition (ASC 606) and IFRS-aligned reporting
Manage depreciation, depletion, lease, and asset-related accounting
Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and custom reports
Analyze financial data and clearly communicate insights
Operate confidently within ERP systems and evolving toolsets
Manipulate large Excel datasets for reporting and analysis
Contribute across accounting, reporting, analytics, and ad-hoc initiatives
Clearly explain decisions, outcomes, and financial rationale

Requirements

3+ years senior-level accounting experience with hands-on technical depth
Ability to operate independently with minimal onboarding or hand-holding
Strong experience with technical accounting concepts (accruals, revenue recognition, leases, etc.)
Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, pivot tables)
Power BI experience beyond pulling reports—you can build and explain dashboards
Comfort working across multiple disciplines, not a single-lane role
Clear communicator who can give specific, real-world examples
Thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
