Bookkeeper for US General Contractor |Water Mitigation Company

Overview
We are seeking an experienced US Bookkeeper to support monthly bookkeeping for Minnesota based companies operating as a General Contractor with a primary focus on water mitigation and restoration. This is ongoing work with consistent volume for the right person.

Requirements
• Proven US bookkeeping experience
• QuickBooks proficient
• Strong US GAAP knowledge
• Experience with job costing…WIP…retainage
• Background in construction and water restoration required
• High accuracy and attention to detail is a MUST
• Ability to research and apply Minnesota specific rules using authoritative sources

Scope of Work
• Day to day bookkeeping for US companies
• AP…AR…bank and card reconciliations
• Job costing and project tracking
• Maintain clean books ready for tax review

Compensation
• Flat monthly fee
• Scope and rate discussed after screening
