I run a growing e-commerce business on Amazon USA and GERMANY, and I’ll be honest — our store is doing okay, but it’s not where it should be.
We have solid products, good reviews, and steady traffic… but our listing images and A+ Content are holding us back. Some visuals are outdated, some don’t convert the way they should, and we’re missing that “wow” factor that turns browsers into buyers.
That’s where you come in.
I’m looking for a skilled Catalog Specialist with Ai Graphic Designer skills who can help clean up, upgrade, and optimize our product images and A+ Content so our listings finally perform the way they’re supposed to.
This is a part-time and later a long-term role for someone who understands Amazon and knows how to design for conversion — not just for looks.
What I Need Help With
Redesigning and optimizing Amazon product listing images
Creating high-converting A+ Content (EBC) that tells the product story clearly
Designing infographics and lifestyle images that make benefits easy to understand
Making sure everything follows Amazon image guidelines
Write and optimize Amazon product listings
Create and manage listings in Seller Central
Work with bulk files and ensure policy compliance (claims, restricted products)
Keyword research and optimization (frontend & backend)
Improve listings based on performance data
Weekly reporting and SOP creation
- Clear listing suppressions/blocks: image/title violations, adult/pest
- Unstick stranded/inactive states: pricing errors, blocked/closed, FC processing, inactive-out-of-stock, and shipment-related.
- Resolve IP/policy disputes with evidence (rights owner, counterfeit/inauthentic, safety) and clean documentation.
- Maintain variation integrity: correct parent/child structure, merge/split requests, attribute alignment, browse node fixes, GTIN conflicts.
- Triage account notifications/performance flags and drive fast root-cause fixes.
Catalog management
- Build/repair parent–child listings.
- Execute Flat File/Bulk uploads (category templates, partial vs. full updates), read processing reports, correct error codes, and re-process cleanly.
- Map critical attributes/product types, GS1/UPC/EAN integrity, GTIN exemptions, browse nodes, backend fields (search terms, intended use, target audience).
- Perform catalog hygiene: de-duplication, warranted ASIN merges/separations, FNSKU/ASIN alignment, contribution control.
- Keep simple change logs and basic rollback plans for sensitive edits.
Seller Support & escalations
- Open well-structured cases with the right diagnostics, screenshots, flat-file snippets, and policy references.
- Escalate to the appropriate teams (captains/supervisors, Catalog/Compliance, Brand Registry) and convert denials into approvals with precise asks.
- Keep a tidy case log with statuses and next actions.
Who I’m Looking For
Proven experience designing Amazon product images and A+ Content
Strong Photoshop (or equivalent) skills
Clear understanding of Amazon listing image best practices
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
A portfolio that shows real Amazon work
Account & listing health resolution (Seller Central)
Must-haves
- Proven Seller Central Ops/Catalog experience.
- Experience handling Seller Support and pushing effective escalation ladders and documenting winning case narratives.
- Able to use spreadsheets & flat files on Amazon (Flat Files, processing reports, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, text cleanup, pivots, category templates, parent rebuilds, partial updates).
- Good written and spoken English.
- Reliable computer and fast internet.
Nice-to-haves (bonus points)
- Helium 10 or other amazon software experience for quick ASIN checks and validation.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (pivots, charts, reporting, formulas etc.)
