Client Experience Dashboard Builder

I am looking for a detail-oriented Client Dashboard Builder to complete a short, time-sensitive implementation sprint for my consulting firm.

Your primary responsibility is to build a clean, functional, and visually polished client-facing dashboard in Lovable, based on clear instructions I provide. The dashboard will be links-only (no integrations or automations).

You will also document everything you build with clear, well-organized SOPs so the system can be maintained easily going forward.

This is an execution-focused role. I will define what the dashboard should do. Your role is to build it, make it look great, and document it clearly.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lovable Client Dashboard (Top Priority)

• Build a clean, intuitive, and professional client dashboard in Lovable
• Follow clear instructions for required pages, flow, and content
• Use links to onboarding materials, scheduling, shared resources, and contact points
• Ensure the dashboard is easy for clients to understand and navigate
• Balance functionality and aesthetics (simple, calm, polished)

2. SOP Creation & Documentation

• Create SOPs for everything you build or touch
• Document steps clearly and logically
• Include screenshots where helpful
• Save SOPs in Google Drive in an organized structure
• Record a Loom walkthrough at handoff (reusable for onboarding or internal reference)

PAY STRUCTURE (MILESTONE-BASED)

This project is paid by milestone, not by hour.

Milestone 1 – Lovable Dashboard Build

$70 USD

Paid when:
• Dashboard is fully built
• Pages and navigation are complete
• Links are added and working
• Dashboard matches provided instructions

Milestone 2 – SOPs & Handoff

$70 USD

Paid when:
• SOPs exist for everything you built
• Files are saved in Google Drive
• Loom walkthrough is recorded
• Handoff is clear and complete

Milestones are paid upon review and acceptance of deliverables.
