Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid-focused)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on paid channels to plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.

This role is ideal for a performance-oriented marketer who can combine hands-on campaign execution with data analysis to drive traffic, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Facebook/Instagram, and TikTok.
- Manage budgets and allocate spend to maximize ROI, ROAS, and growth targets.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate).
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve results.
- Set up and maintain tracking systems (Pixel, GA4, Conversion API, GTM).
- Collaborate with content, design, and growth teams to improve funnel performance.
- Prepare performance reports and provide optimization recommendations.
- Stay updated with digital advertising trends, tools, and platform policy changes.

Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing with a focus on paid media.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or TikTok Ads.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and optimization methods.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
