Revit / SketchUp Expert – Construction Documentation Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing
• Create detailed construction drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details)
• Develop and manage Revit models used for real-world construction
• Produce permit-ready and construction-ready sets
• Translate sketches, redlines, and concepts into accurate drawings
• Coordinate architectural details logically (structure, walls, dimensions, notes)
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional drawing standards

Required Skills (Must Have)
• Expert-level Revit (families, sheets, views, annotations, phasing)
• Strong SketchUp skills (accurate modeling, clean geometry)
• Deep understanding of construction documentation
• Ability to think like a builder, not just a drafter
• Experience preparing drawings for real projects that get built
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency
• Able to follow standards and also improve workflows

Strong Plus (Not Required but Preferred)
• BIM experience
• Familiarity with US construction methods
• Experience with revisions, redlines, and coordination
• Experience working with contractors or architects
• Enscape / rendering experience
