Dental Office Virtual Assistant -AR /Insurance Verification

We are a California dental practice seeking a highly experienced virtual insurance professional to handle insurance verification and claims follow-up.

This role requires an experienced someone who can start immediately with no training.
Responsibilities
Verify dental insurance benefits accurately
Confirm eligibility, frequencies, limitations, and waiting periods
Follow up on unpaid, delayed, or denied claims
Review EOBs and payer responses
Document all work clearly in the PMS
Communicate issues proactively to the office

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Proven experience in dental insurance verification
Hands-on claims follow-up experience (not just submissions)
Familiar with PPO plans and Medi-Cal
Able to work independently from day one
Reliable internet and consistent availability
No training required
