Job Title: Executive Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a trusted partner who can manage priorities, handle sensitive information with discretion, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments
* Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
* Prepare, edit, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
* Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track follow-ups and action items
* Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
* Assist with project coordination and special initiatives as needed
* Organize files, records, and systems to improve efficiency
* Anticipate executive needs and proactively solve problems
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* High level of professionalism and confidentiality
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
* Attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience supporting C-level executives
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
* Experience in Clickup and GHL
