Job Summary
- We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting/Bookkeeper to support our day-to-day financial operations. This role will handle payroll processing, accounts payable and receivable, and other core accounting tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and experienced in QuickBooks and GoHighLevel (GHL).
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Create and track invoices and payments
- Generate and maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations
- Use QuickBooks and GHL for accounting and payment tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure financial data is accurate and aligned across systems
Requirements
- Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or willingness to learn
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Good organization and time management skills
- Ability to work within CST business hours
