We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is skilled in consultative selling, understands customer needs, and consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts
Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Present products or services to prospective clients through meetings, demos, and presentations
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success, operations) to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or similar software
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B sales
Industry-specific knowledge (if applicable)
Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills
