We are looking for a Digital Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms. This role focuses on execution, testing, and performance improvement.

You will be responsible for setting up campaigns, monitoring daily performance, and making data-based adjustments to improve results. Close collaboration with creative and content teams is required to ensure ads align with campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Launch and manage paid ad campaigns on Google and Facebook

Optimize budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies

Track conversions and analyze performance data

Prepare clear performance summaries

Requirements:

At least 2 years of hands-on paid ads experience

Strong understanding of funnels and campaign structure

Able to work independently and meet KPIs
