Role Overview
We are a fast-growing, family-focused martial arts organisation in the UK. Our marketing is built on real parent testimonials, educational content, and long-term demand creation, not pushy sales or viral gimmicks.
We are looking for a high-level content repurposing specialist who understands how to turn one long-form testimonial into a full ecosystem of content:
1) Short-form video & reels
2) Static posts & carousels
3) Stories
4)
5) Blogs
All content must be awareness-stage aligned, strategically distributed, and continuously tested to improve performance.
This is not a VA role.
This is not a “post what looks nice” role.
This is for someone who:
1) Thinks in systems
2) Understands demand creation
3) Learns from performance
4) Improves outputs week by week
Key Responsibilities
1) Repurpose long-form video testimonials into multi-format content
2) Align every asset to a specific awareness stage
3) Maintain correct awareness-stage posting ratios
4) Match content type to platform behaviour (social,
5) Study high-performing content in our niche and outside it
Adapt messaging based on:
Comments
Reviews
Parent language
Craft non-generic, human-first captions (no AI fluff)
Test different:
Hooks
Angles
Structures
Formats
Track performance and identify winners
Produce outcome-based learning, not vanity metrics
We do not produce content for the sake of it.
We produce content to cast a wide net and nurture parents through awareness stages with our booking agents.
Pay & Hours
$7 USD per hour
15–20 hours per week
Remote, part-time - opportunity to move to full time if demand warrants it.
30 - 60 Day outcome based probation upon hire with opportunity for increased pay, hours and responsibility based on performance.
Skills Required
Essential
1) Proven experience repurposing long-form content into short-form assets
2) Strong written English (parent-friendly, UK tone preferred)
3) Clear understanding of awareness stages and demand creation
4) Ability to test creative variables methodically
5) Comfortable interpreting performance data
6) Strong organisational skills
Highly Desirable
1) Experience with Instagram &
2) Canva + short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
3) Experience working with testimonials or educational content
4) Experience with adapting strategy based on platform data feedback
