Freelance Site Sourcer – UK Property & Land

The Role
You will source and shortlist UK land or property sites, primarily those with?granted planning permission for small blocks of flats, though requirements will vary by project and location.
You will work with Acquisitions and Operations Executives and may support outreach campaigns run by the Campaign Manager.
Freelance, 0-hour, flexible working times. Approximately 5-10 hours per week. Pay varies dependent on experience.

Responsibilities
Source suitable UK sites using specialist tools
Assess planning status, title information and constraints
Shortlist opportunities against defined criteria
Collect developer, architect and key contact details
Present findings clearly and suggest process improvements

Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience sourcing UK land or property sites
Strong understanding of UK planning portals and title deeds
Experience with Searchland required
Experience with tools such as Nimbus Maps, Property Filter (or similar) =
Able to use own software and systems
Strong research skills and attention to detail
