JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a long-term Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time, salary-based position for someone who is looking for stability and a role they can grow into over the years.

Forterra Pest Control, a family-owned pest control company based in Dallas, Texas, USA.

This individual will spend the vast majority of their day supporting our customers and technicians in the field. 50% of your time will be taking phone calls, while the other 50% will be a mixture of responding to emails, SMS, and completing tasks within our CRM. Additional tasks may be needed from time to time such as help collecting past due balances and answering inbound customer calls.

This position's schedule will last 8-9 hours per day (depending on work load), Monday through Friday.
No weekend work.
This will require the "night shift", which is expected to be 8AM - 6PM Central Daylight Time

Requirements:
- Impeccable English skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong, reliable internet connection (primary high-speed internet connection with a backup internet option capable of supporting continued work in the event of any power or internet outages
- Quiet place to work without any background noise
- Laptop and headset
- Results-oriented
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working the night shift

Bonus (but not required):
- Experience with a pest control company in any capacity (e.g., Orkin, Terminix, Rentokil, Anticimex, etc.)
- Customer service experience

Pay is negotiable but is salary-based and will be paid twice per month.
