About the Role:
We’re hiring a senior Meta Ads expert who understands the reality of Meta Ads today: creative is the main performance lever.

This is not a traditional media buyer role.

You’ll be responsible for both performance and creative execution across multiple eCommerce brands spending €10,000+ per month on Meta Ads. We’re looking for someone with deep eCommerce experience, strong analytical skills, and — most importantly — the ability to create, test, and iterate winning creatives hands-on.

If you’ve managed multiple ad accounts, significant budgets, and know how to scale eCommerce brands through creative-led Meta Ads, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Meta Ads Performance & Account Ownership:
> Manage and scale Meta Ads accounts for multiple eCommerce brands
> Handle monthly ad budgets starting at €10,000+, with room to scale significantly
> Build and optimize: Prospecting campaigns, Retargeting structures, Creative testing frameworks
> Monitor performance daily and make fast, confident optimization decisions
> Translate performance data directly into creative insights and actions
- Creative Strategy & Hands-On Execution (Core Focus)
> Own the creative strategy for Meta Ads (this is the most important part of the role)
> Actively create and iterate ad creatives yourself when needed: Canva, AI creative tools, Cutting / editing short-form videos
> Develop hooks, angles, concepts, and creative variations that drive performance
> Test creatives systematically and scale winners aggressively
> Brief UGC creators when useful — but you are not dependent on them
> Prioritize speed, iteration, and results over perfection

!!! This is a hands-on role. You must be comfortable executing creatively, not just directing others.

Who We’re Looking For:
You’re a strong fit if you:
- Have extensive experience running Meta Ads for eCommerce brands
- Have managed multiple ad accounts, not just one or two
- Have handled high ad budgets and understand scaling challenges
- Understand how Meta Ads has evolved and why creative now drives results
- Can personally create ad creatives (not only brief or delegate)
- Think like an operator and take full ownership of outcomes

Seniority & Experience Signals:
- We focus on real experience, not job titles. Expect questions such as:
- How many eCommerce clients have you run Meta Ads for?
- What is the total ad spend you’ve managed across your career?
- What monthly budgets have you scaled accounts to?
- How do you structure and evaluate creative testing on Meta Ads today?

Work Setup:
Preferred: Full-time
Open to: Exceptional part-time or project-based candidates
Fully remote

Compensation:
- Paid in USD
- Compensation is experience-based
- We are looking for a very senior expert and are willing to pay accordingly
