AI Manager

Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Firm Innovation
• Lead the design, testing, and deployment of AI solutions to enhance the firm’s audit, tax, bookkeeping, risk analysis, and advisory services.
• Manage AI-powered tools for automation, data analytics, fraud detection, workflow optimization, and client reporting.
• Train and upskill staff on AI tools and methodologies, creating a culture of digital adoption and innovation.
• Work with partners to identify areas where AI can reduce inefficiencies and improve client outcomes.
• Monitor AI systems for compliance with professional standards, data security, and confidentiality obligations.
2. External Client Services
• Advise clients on AI strategy, readiness, and implementation, particularly for finance, compliance, and operational improvements.
• Provide data analytics, predictive modeling, and process automation solutions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with client leadership to ensure AI solutions align with business goals and regulatory frameworks (IFRS, GAAP, tax compliance, etc.).
• Develop AI-based insights dashboards, risk management models, and forecasting tools for clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on AI-related projects and engagements.
3. Strategic Leadership & Governance
• Develop and maintain the firm’s AI roadmap in line with strategic objectives.
• Stay up to date on emerging AI trends, laws, and ethical guidelines in accounting, finance, and data protection.
• Establish policies and governance frameworks for responsible AI use.
