About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused intermediate level IT Administrator to join our IT support team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a passion for technology and problem-solving. You’ll be the first point of contact for technical support, helping users resolve hardware, software, and network issues. You will be the face of the company, a strong communicator with customer-first-mindset is a must.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to helpdesk tickets,
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access permissions
Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
Escalate complex problems to higher-level support when necessary
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Qualifications
Experience or equivalent education/certifications such as:
2 Years of IT support experience
CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications (preferred but not required)
Associate degree in IT or related field (optional)
Basic understanding of Windows OS, Office 365, and networking fundamentals
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must be willing to adopt a traditional American based name for communications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
