AEO / SEO SUPPORT

We are looking for an experienced SEO / Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) Specialist to support clearly defined projects such as:

Optimizing existing pages for search + AI answers
Improving content structure for Featured Snippets and AI Overviews
On-page SEO improvements for Shopify and content sites
Content optimization and internal linking projects

SEO audits with clear recommendations and execution

You’ll Be Responsible For

Depending on the project, you may be asked to:

Optimize existing pages for rankings and AI visibility
Improve content structure for:
Featured snippets
Google AI Overviews
LLM answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)

Perform on-page SEO improvements (titles, metas, headings, internal links)

Identify and fix indexing or canonical issues
Provide clear, plain-English explanations of what was done and why
Deliver projects on time, as scoped

Required Skills & Experience

You should already be comfortable with:
SEO fundamentals (search intent, on-page SEO, internal linking)
Google Search Console (coverage, indexing, performance)
Understanding canonical tags and indexing behavior
Content optimization (not just writing new content) - we have internal tools to help

Structuring content for answers, not just keywords
Working independently with minimal hand-holding

Bonus (not required):
Experience with Shopify SEO
Schema markup
AI-assisted content optimization (used thoughtfully, not blindly)
