Freelance Consultant – Website & Platform Development

Grow Movement is seeking a freelance consultant to support improvements to our website and to design and develop a matching platform and tracking system for our coaching projects.

Key responsibilities:

-Review and improve the Grow Movement website (UX, structure, performance, and clarity)
-Design and develop a matching platform connecting coaches, projects, and participants
-Build or configure a tracking system to monitor project progress, outcomes, and reporting
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate program needs into practical digital solutions

-Support or guidance on social media content and digital storytelling
-Ideal profile
-Strong experience in web and platform development
-Ability to design scalable, user-friendly systems
-Experience with data tracking, dashboards, or impact measurement tools
